Only members of the university can create new entries (after logging in you _still_ have to enrol to post events > click here).
You can of course ask people you know at the university to create an entry for you.
Please do not forget to set the correct "DATUM"/date and leave further information in the text block and/or a poster image ("websize/jpg if possible").
